Provision of coordinates and locations, accurate and rapid data collection and setting out through the use of GPS/GNSS technology.
CADASTRAL & BOUNDARY SURVEYING:
NZAM provides cadastral and boundary surveys of all sizes and complexities for federal, state and local agencies and private land owners Identifying, establishing and redefining property boundaries to determine the limits and extents of parcels to support the transfer of properties. This includes subdivisions, amalgamations and land acquisitions.
VOLUMETRIC & STOCKPILE SURVEYING:
Surveying of stockpiles, dams, pits, quarries, etc. to determine volume of material contained, required or removed.
Surveys over a specified area to determine the nature and form of the natural land and to map the natural and man-made features. Contours and cross-sections of the natural ground can be produced to aid in design and construction works.
LAYOUT DESIGN AND PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT:
Layout design for new residential and commercial developments, acquiring planning and development approvals as well as civil and infrastructure drawings and project management for development.
ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION SURVEYING:
Survey works performed in preparation of, during and after construction or engineering works. Including feasibility surveys, construction setting out, verticality checks, settlement checks, as-built surveys, calculations on pipe alignment, bore placement, angle calculations and plan production.
NZAM utilizes various methods of field collection and equipment types, including Conventional and Total Stations, GPS equipment capable of performing static, rapid static and RTK GPS surveys, data collectors and digital differential levels. Each NZAM office is equipped with the latest generation of computer hardware and software, and utilizes current versions of AutoCAD, Esri’s ArcGIS platform, and Microstation programs to support field data collection, processing and development.
